FAQ
DO I HAVE TO WAIT IN?
The simple answer is no! We carry our own on-board generators to power our equipment. We can also provide pictures of the completed job, so you know the work has been carried out! An outside water source would need to be switched on for any driveway/pressure washing. If there is no available outside water supply, we would need to arrange a time when someone would be home to allow connection to an inside water supply.
DO YOU USE LADDERS?
We use professional vacuum cleaners and extending carbon fibre poles for all gutter cleaning. This allows us to work safely from the ground. Our vans are fully equipped with ladders required for all other work.
CAN I PAY WITH A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD?
Yes. You can pay on the day with cash, debit/credit card or bank transfer.
DOES IT MAKE A MESS?
No. We use high power suction vacuums to clear gutters. All vacuum tubs are removed by ourselves. We take great pride in being tidy!
DO YOU OFFER COMMERCIAL CLEANING?
Yes we do. We have worked on large commercial properties, flat blocks and farm buildings.
Tayview External Cleaning Services are fully covered by public liability insurance for all of our services and our operators are all well trained in the use of the professional equipment we use and also for working at height.
